Revised Edition, 1982. Introduction 2002. In its original 1980 version, this was my dissertation for the Ph.D. in Political Science, University of California. A documentary investigation & evaluation of the national & international politics concerning the neutron bomb in the Carter and early Reagan Administrations.
Project Star Gate: $20 Million Up in Smoke [and Mirrors].
Originally written in 1996, this paper was reprinted in 2000 in the national journal of the Association of Former Intelligence Officers. It examines and refutes the concept of “remote viewing” and discusses what types of ESP are and are not physically possible.
“From PSYOP to MindWar: The Psychology of Victory”. Co-authored with Colonel Paul Vallely, this [in]famous “thinking paper” examines U.S. Psychological Operations (PSYOP) doctrine as of 1980 and proposes evolutionary and effective changes. Contains a 2003 Introduction discussing the paper in its original - and appropriate - context.

Research paper while a student at the Industrial College of the Armed Forces, National Defense University, 1987. An in-depth examination of the ethics, from the personal to the national, which are of essential and crucial importance to any responsible, honorable, and respectable use of PSYOP.

Sixth Edition, 2009. A documentary history of the 1966-1975 Church of Satan. [Note: This is a very large file: 10mb.]
Companion to The Church of Satan, this is more of a personal memoir of the Temple 1975-1996 than a history, as the development of the Temple was far more multifaceted, and multiindividual, than that of the Church. This book is currently in writing, and successive drafts of it will be progressively uploaded here until the entire work is complete. At this time Draft #8 is available.

Secret of the Lost Ark & Grail Mission
What happened to the Ark after it was nailed into that crate and buried in that government warehouse? In SLA, a 1981 sequel to Raiders of the Lost Ark, two U.S. Army Intelligence officers discover that truth can indeed be stranger than fiction. Then in 1998’s GM a historical lecture at the University of Texas leads to even stranger consequences. This 2009 update combines the two stories and adds an Introcaution about believing anything you read here.

The 1986-87 Presidio “Satanic Ritual Abuse” Events
At the San Francisco Presidio U.S. Army base in 1987, a chaplain and his wife made false “SRA” allegations against my wife Lilith and myself in a scheme to defraud the U.S. government of $3 million in claims. This is an overview of that event and its consequences.
